The Academy’s aim is to provide a clear, structured and consistent apprenticeship programme for adult Social Work in North East Lincolnshire, no matter which of the partner agencies the apprentice works for.
This includes ensuring all adult Social Work apprentices have access to high quality support, education and development opportunities throughout their apprenticeship programme and beyond.

The Social Work Degree Apprenticeship is a 3-year practice based course. You will learn using a mixture of academic study and work based placements. As an Apprentice you will have the opportunity to attend University for one day a week, have protected study time and support from a Practice Educator who works in conjunction with the University to facilitate your success.
